When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information additional information that you provide in forms, including your company information, information about your clients, products and services, information about your projects, human resource information, socal media information, accounting and financial information and any other data type supplied through our forms .

How do we use your personal information?

All information provided will be stored securely on our cloud servers, until such a time that you request the information to be deleted. We will user your personal information to process payments and transactions on your account.

Skhokho will never sell your information to third parties for profit or advertising, however we may use your personal information to custom advertise our internal services and products to you.

You may delete your information directly from your CMS at any time.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing you personal Information

When you intergrate third party software (such as Mailchimp), your information will be shared with those providers. We are not liable for the security of your information once it has been shared with other parties, please read the privacy policy on those websites to familiarise yourself with how they are planning to use your personal information.

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

you have the right to access the information we hold about you. As already mentioned, when you delete any data model instance inside of the application - it will be completely deleted from our servers. When you update your information, it will also be updated on our servers. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support on hello@skhokho.tech and we will remove all your information from our servers.

Data Retention

We will store your information until you delete it and request your account to be removed.

We may update the contents of this policy from time to time as required by law or regulations. Please refer to this page on a regular basis for the latest policy.
